• FOB: All international shipments are typically FOB (Free On Board) Karachi- Pakistan. This means ownership and responsibility for the goods transfer to the client once they are loaded onto the designated carrier at our facility in the City.

• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on order volume, weight, dimensions, destination, and chosen shipping method. These costs will be provided in your Proforma Invoice or Order Confirmation.

• Customs, Duties & Taxes: The client is solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and any other fees imposed by the destination country's authorities. We provide necessary export documentation to facilitate customs clearance.

• Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times will be provided with your order confirmation and are subject to change due to customs procedures, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for delays outside our control.

• Packaging: Products are securely packed to prevent damage during transit, using industry-standard materials appropriate for sporting goods.

• Tracking: Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress.
